By accessing kiss-air.com you agree to the use of the website as directed in these terms and conditions.
On contacting or ordering, Kiss-Air Candles keeps contact information in order to allow us to contact individuals regarding the status of the order and future promotions. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list please contact us. We do not pass details on to third parties.
Variation and Termination of Content
Kiss-Air Candles have the right to amend, remove, vary or terminate content of the website at its discretion and without prior notice. This includes pricing, postage and the terms and conditions.
Users of this site may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public or otherwise use kiss-air.com content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use with written permission from Kiss-Air Candles. We aim to ensure all descriptions and measurements of products are as accurate as possible and every effort is made to provide you with images which are a good representation of the product. However, colours may vary due to the lighting or the photography process.
We had made every effort to ensure the images and description of the products is a true reflection of the atual product. However, there maybe variations in the colours and all measurements and burn times are approximate.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payments are taken through a secure payment gateway in Paypal or Nochex. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email and/or telephone. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
Offers and promotions change frequently and the offers are only available against products where stated. Promotional codes can be used, only one per order and cannot be used against candle of the month, discounted products, bulk tealight orders (over 20), postage or on free delivery weekends. We reserve the right to retract and/or change offers and promotions at our discretion.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the dispatch of personalised candles. Kiss Air Candles takes no responsibility for spelling errors and will not replace them, please re-order. We reserve the right to position the text where appropriate on the candle, where possible a proof will be sent to you via email address stated on the order - if we do not hear from you with 2 working days we will presume you are happy with the colour/layout and proceed to print. Due to their customised nature, personalised items cannot be returned/refunded unless damaged on arrival.
For orders being sent to a UK mainland address we offers FREE Second Class delivery on orders over £30. Otherwise postage is charged at £3.50 for first class and £2.95 for second class. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Postage costs may charge at any time. Bulk tealight orders (over 20 tealights) are exempt from free UK delivery and carriage is calculated on the weight of the parcel. If an order qualifying for free UK deivery is altered and falls below the free delivery mark of £30, we reserve the right to charge postage on the new order total.
We send all orders Via Royal Mail International Tracked or courier. Postage will be calculated at the checkout. Please allow 28 days for your delivery. Postage costs may change at any time.
Free Delivery Weekends
Free delivery is valid on orders being sent to UK address via standard 2nd class delivery. No discount codes can be used on free delivery weekends.
Any damages (ie broken glass candle/dented tin) should be reported to us within 48 hours of recieving the parcel and a replacement/refund will be issued where applicable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to refund or exchange any unused goods. Please return the unused item (excludes personalised candles) in a re-saleable condition (not burnt and tins undamaged), your name, address and order number within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and suggest parcels are returned recorded delivery as we can't refund missing goods.
Once the parcel has been received, we will refund your order within 14 days of receipt. If requiring an exchange, we reserve the right to charge postage for the exchange items to be sent to you.
Should a problem occur as a result of a faulty product or a mistake on our part within 14 days of dispatch, we will refund postage costs incurred by the customer upon proof of payment.
Claims for faulty items made outside of the 14 day timescale will be processed at our discretion and only and only if the claim is made within 60 days of delivery. Items displaying damage or defect deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear or neglect will not be regarded as faulty.

If an order is returned to us after non-collection from the post office, a re-delivery fee will be charged at our standard postage and packaging rates to resend the parcel to you.
